Pathshala is the early school of Photography in South Asia region, which offers various short-term and long-term educational programs in photography, film and multimedia journalism throughout the year. Pathshala started in 1998. Since then, the institution has slowly grown to become a fully-fledged photography educational institution based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

- The Professional Photography Program provides the opportunity for the students to work as a professional in the industry or to be independent practitioners.
- Here, the students will be able to develop a body of works in a supportive and questioning environment
- All are encouraged to develop their own projects alongside an understanding of how their photography works in the wider world
